question :  my employer released me . i worked in Jerusalem . Can i change my area                      and move to Tel aviv   now ? 

 

 answer :   No . Unfortunatly . You can  change your area only if  one of the

                  following is true:

                  1. employer passed away or moved to nursing house .

                  2. if you ever worked in AREA 1 . in this case , you can always switch                                  between areas without  limits .

                  3. Moving from AREA 2  to   AREA 3   is  ok .  not vice versa .

                  4. Nevertheless  ,  Interiour ministry  generally  not forcing these rules                                if it involved  188%  disabilty .
